Trade Facilitation

OIA can provide our clients with advisory services on both importing and exporting goods. For importers (out of Vietnam) we offer sourcing services while for exporters (into Vietnam) we organize sales, distribution and related services. Trading with Vietnam can be subject to a multitude of bureaucratic processes which can cause a strain on resources and significant delays in getting products to market. OIA can assist in streamlining the processes and ensuring that all import/export activities can be carried out in a timely manner.

Due Diligence

After selecting a target for acquisition, the due diligence process will determine if the target will be a suitable match for the company or if the risks outweigh the benefits. The team at OIA has performed due diligence on many companies in Vietnam and has developed their skills to delve deep into a company’s operations to uncover risks which are not easily detected. Feasibility Studies/ Business Plans

Perhaps the most important step in starting a new venture is to carry out an effective feasibility study to gauge whether a project can be successful prior to the allocation of resources. A feasibility study allows a company to assess the competitive environment, viability of a project and expected returns. Once a feasibility study has shown a business prospect to be viable, typically a detailed business plan is drafted to create a roadmap for a new venture to follow.
